Maxon is a world-class manufacturer or high-tech liftgates. The driving force behind this success continues to be Maxon’s cutting-edge product development process. Initial designs are done in the state-of-the-art computer modeling software SOLIDWORKS. The use of Solidworks software offers our design engineers the ability to perform virtual tests for strength, strain, and interference prior to prototyping a new product. This is followed by R&D’s construction of a complete functioning prototype of a new lift design. All done in-house by our highly skilled craftsmen, the prototypes are then put through rigorous and comprehensive testing under demanding field conditions. Additionally, Maxon’s R&D department is instrumental in experimenting with new technologies and materials as well as qualifying new suppliers. Maxon’s approach to product quality is simple, control as many steps as possible in the manufacturing process. This results in an exceptionally high standard of vertical integration.
