Our online locator is a search tool utilized to find Maxon Service Providers by specified areas. Changes to this locator (additions, removals, etc.) should be communicated directly to our Marketing Department at [email protected]. Make sure to specify "Distributor Locator Updates" on the email subject line with the following info:

  • Company Name
  • Contact Person
  • Email Address of the contact person
  • Address
  • Phone Number
  • Hours of Operation
  • If they are a Mobile Liftgate Repairs Capable (Yes/No)

E-portal - https://maxonportal.maxonlift.com

Portal

Our e-portal is the Maxon Ecommerce site where parts are sold online. You must be a verified Maxon Distributor to utilize this online tool. Here’s a list of the information that is required for you to proceed with your sign-up.

  • Email Address
  • Customer Name
  • Account Company Name
  • Maxon Account Number

This site is utilized to submit online warranty claims. Customer access requires that you use the “Request Account” link to access this site. Registration will require that you enter your account contact information and Maxon Account number.
