|
- Designing and developing new products or to make changes to current design.
- Take new ideas for products or design changes and turn them into manufacturable products with complete documentation.
|
|
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- 10 years related experience.
- Experience in running a project from beginning to completion.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering including stress analysis and other calculations.
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Solidworks, Cosmos, Project and programming experience a plus.
- Effectively interface regularly with other Engineers, Designers, Sales, Manufacturing, Marketing, Tech/Field Support, Vendors and management.
- Exposure to using electronics in truck type environments and truck corrosion issues a plus.
- Self motivated to meet demands.
- Good written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze data to look for causes needed.
- Occasional travel to Mexico-production/customers and vendors.
- Bilingual Spanish a plus.
